Fixed Furnace White Fused Alumina Micro Powder/Micron Grade Alumina 1200# is produced from low-sodium aluminum oxide powder as raw material. It undergoes electric melting for crystallization, is initially ground into powder using a mill, then acid-washed to remove impurities, and hydraulically classified via overflow. The processing is complex, resulting in white fused alumina micro powder with a concentrated particle size distribution and no large particles, making it suitable for fine grinding and polishing. Due to its high chemical stability, high hardness, strong thermal stability, and excellent wear resistance, it is also widely used in wear-resistant coatings, industrial ceramics, and other industries.

White Alox grinding powder 1200# is made from high-quality alumina by melting above 2000 in the electric arc furnace and cooling. It is white with the main crystal phase alpha-Al2O3.
